The KH20x6.4 KTS used contemporary optical design criteria to achieve an excellent multipurpose HD lens offering focal lengths up to 128mm and a wide-angle of 57 degrees horizontal. Combined with an exceptionally high sensitivity (F1.4 maximum aperture) this is a lens that offers excellent operational capabilities at a very attractive price in a light compact package weighing 1.27kg.

Newly Developed Advanced Drive Unit

Various companies have rolled out cameras with lens aberration correction functions in recent years. For this reason, the KH20x6.4 KTS is fitted with a camera-communication interface to support these separate aberration correction functions. *¹
The KH20x6.4 KTS's zoom can travel end to end in 1.0 seconds. On the newly developed advanced drive unit, the Memo switch, which sets specific zoom positions for the Shuttle Shot function has been changed to a push switch.
