About printing or registration problem in Google Cloud Print™
Thank you for using Canon products.
We have identified a phenomenon in which Canon inkjet printers (with Google Cloud Print™ support) cannot print / register in Google Cloud Print™. This is due to the change of Google server’s authentication method.
Phenomenon:
Canon inkjet printers (with Google Cloud Print™ support) could not print / register in Google Cloud Print™.

Support:
Customers are required to update to the latest firmware for the following printers.

For the following printers, firmware upgrade cannot be performed due to the printer capabilities.
