Canon’s New Colour Printer Lineup Empowers Modern Workplaces

SINGAPORE, 3 September 2025 — Canon today announced its latest colour printer portfolio with four new series: the imageCLASS MF750 II and imageCLASS MF660 colour multifunction printers, and the imageCLASS LBP670 II and imageCLASS LBP640 colour single-function printers. This newest range addresses the evolving needs of small and medium enterprises, and workgroups by delivering high-performance printing with enhanced productivity, intuitive usability, and robust security.

    Productivity Driven to Elevate Efficiency
At the core of the new lineup is a focus on productivity. For the imageCLASS MF750 II and LBP670 II, the series achieve print speeds of up to 33 pages per minute (ppm)1. As for the imageCLASS MF660 and LBP640 series, they can deliver print speeds of up to 25 ppm1. Automatic duplex printing comes standard across all models, helping to reduce paper usage and operational costs.

Selected models from the imageCLASS MF750 II and MF660 series are equipped with a high-speed Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). These models are capable of supporting single-pass, two-sided scanning, processing up to 100 images per minute (ipm)2 in monochrome and 80 ipm2 in colour. This enables swift document digitisation, making the models ideal for fast-paced business environments.

    Seamless and Intuitive User Experience
Navigating the new printers is easy due to the 5-inch colour LCD touchscreen on the imageCLASS MF750 II and MF660 series3. For frequently used tasks, there is an Application Library feature that users can use to create custom shortcut buttons, streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency.

For simplified document management, users can scan and send documents directly to cloud services. Support for automated file naming and storage rules ensures users can carry out seamless archiving.

    Connected and Secure
Built-in wireless connectivity in the printers allows them to be deployed flexibly, allowing them to be untethered from physical network points. Its built-in access point feature enables direct connection for up to five devices, supporting convenient mobile printing via the Canon PRINT app, AirPrint®, and Mopria® Print Service.

In the current business landscape, security is paramount. With support for TLS 1.3, IEEE 812.1X, and WPA3 protocols, companies can be assured that they are aligned with corporate security policies and retain protection against cyber threats. Additionally, firmware integrity checks can be performed at startup to ensure integrity of the system.

    Scalable to Meet Growing Demands
High-yield colour toner cartridges are available to minimise downtime for users with high print requirements. While the imageCLASS MF660 and LBP660 series are optimised for a compact footprint, the imageCLASS MF750 II and LBP670 II series offer an optional paper feeder option for users. This option expands the printer’s total input capacity to cater for expanding business requirements and larger print runs.

    Efforts to Support Environmental Sustainability
Canon is committed to environmental sustainability, and this is reflected in the new imageCLASS colour series. Each device is designed with recycled materials, using about 5% recycled plastic in the main unit4. Technology advancements ensure that Canon can incorporate energy-saving technologies like low-melting-point toner and on-demand fusing to reduce power consumption during operation and standby.

1 Print speed is measured based on internal testing using A4/LTR size paper printed with 100% print ratio to original on one-sided paper. Internal testing involved continuously printing the same one page of content on plain paper. Print speed may vary depending on paper type, paper size or paper feeding direction.
2 Scan speed is measured based on internal testing using the ADF to scan 2-sided A4-size documents in monochrome or colour mode at 300 x 300 dpi resolution. Actual performance may vary depending on system configuration, interface, scan settings, and usage environments.
3 5-inch colour LCD touchscreen is available on imageCLASS MF756Cx II, imageCLASS MF752Cdw II, imageCLASS MF664Cdw, imageCLASS MF662Cdw, imageCLASS LBP674Cx II.
