RF-S18-45mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM - RF Lens World - Canon South & Southeast Asia

This compact, lightweight standard zoom lens covers a focal length range of 29-72mm*¹ in 35mm format, and is designed to fit the APS-C size image circle. As a result, it weighs a mere 130g (approx.). The lens provides an image stabilization (IS) performance that is as effective at suppressing camera-shake blur as a 4-stop*² increase in shutter speed. When used together with the coordinated control features of an EOS R series camera, this improves to a 6.5-stop*³ increase — a remarkably effective image stabilization performance for an APS-C size camera.

The camera is also equipped with a lead screw type STM to provide smooth AF when shooting videos. The lens can also be attached directly to full-frame EOS R series cameras with no need for a mount adapter. This is a recommended lens for first-time users of EOS R cameras.
