RF24mm f/1.8 MACRO IS STM - RF Lens World - Canon South & Southeast Asia

This lightweight compact large-aperture, wide-angle single-focal-length lens offers a wide angle of view and a powerful bokeh effect. It uses one PMo aspherical lens and one UD lens to deliver high image quality. It offers a maximum magnification of 0.5x with a minimum focus distance of 0.14m. The large, f/1.8 aperture and wide, 24mm angle of view are ideal for wide-angle half-macro photos in which the subject fills the frame, yet the background is also clearly captured. The lens is also equipped with Hybrid IS that provides excellent image stabilization even in macro photography. It achieves an image stabilization effect equivalent to a 5-stop increase in shutter speed.* Subject-motion blur can be suppressed by faster shutter speed utilizing the brightness of the f/1.8 maximum aperture. With an overall length of approximately 63.1mm and a weight of approximately 270g, the lens is portable enough to be used in a variety of situations.
