RF100-500mm f/4.5-7.1L IS USM
With its 100–500 mm zoom range, powerful image stabilisation, and L-series lens faithful image reproduction performance, this super-telephoto zoom lens is sure to impress. Lighter by about 200g, it has a super-telephoto range that surpasses that of the popular EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM, which is loved by both professionals and advanced amateurs. There is one UD lens and six UD lens elements that work together to reduce chromatic aberration all the way through the zoom range. Electronic floating focus control further ensures top-notch picture reproduction capabilities, even at close range. The lens's image stabilisation effect is the same as a 5.0-stop* increase in shutter speed, and the minimum focusing distance is 0.9m at the wide end. Taking pictures of planes, trains, animals, and sporting events are just a few examples of the many telephoto subjects that this lens excels at.
