MobileWork DX allows users to view the company and colleagues’ information easily. Company Calendar displays the daily events and users will know who are on leave and out of office.

Dashboard allows users to view their to-do list, assigned tasks and company memo.

Users can find their colleagues’ contact info and department via the Staff Contact List.

MobileWork DX allows the sharing of documents among users. Documents are kept updated securely over the platform.

By utilizing advance capture technology, commonly processed documentations such as invoices can be automatically classified, indexed, and archived. Simply capture a photo of the document via MobileWork DX mobile app or scan the documents using our Canon multifunction devices.

Seamless Integration with Canon Multifunction Devices

Access the Cloud platform of MobileWork DX directly through the control panel of Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX series. User can browser folders, retrieve and print out documents directly from the device. Physical documents can also be scanned and uploaded directly to the cloud platform.
