Suitable for dynamic workspaces with their excellent features and capabilities
SINGAPORE, 15 November 2024 — Canon today announced the launch of two innovative A3 single function laser printers to meet the diverse needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and small workgroups in large enterprises. The requirements vary from printing technical drawings, maps, design plans, detailed diagrams to producing promotional materials. Taking this into account, both imageCLASS LBP811Cx, an A3 single function colour laser printer and imageCLASS LBP468x, an A3 single function mono laser printer, have been engineered to be versatile and high performing.
Compact with a Front Operation Design
Both imageCLASS LBP811Cx and LBP468x have a compact footprint and front operation design, making them ideal for environments where space is at a premium. This facilitates easy placement and printer maintenance for users, as toner replacement and routine maintenance can be carried out effortlessly, thus reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
Boost Productivity and Streamline for Efficiency
The On-Demand Fixing technology in the new models helps them warm up quickly to deliver the first printout in about 7.0 seconds1 for imageCLASS LBP468x, and about 12.6 seconds1 for imageCLASS LBP811Cx. The printers can also print stacks of documents at a notable print speed of up to 45 pages per minute (ppm)2 on imageCLASS LBP468x, and up to 30 ppm2 on imageCLASS LBP811Cx, making them ideal for an office environment.
Optional paper feeders (up to 550 sheets3 each) can be added to these two models to increase the printers’ total input capacity up to 2,550 sheets3. This addition allows the loading of different paper sizes, meeting demands for larger print volumes.
Intuitive Operation and Easy Maintenance
An intuitive operation panel with 5-line LCD display on imageCLASS LBP468x and LBP811Cx allows users to navigate functions and settings with ease. During any troubleshooting, alert messages and guided instructions are displayed on screen, assisting users in resolving any issues quickly.
All-in-one toner cartridges in the new models create a seamless toner replacement process that ensures a consistent print quality. Businesses looking to fulfil higher printing needs with minimum disruptions at a lower cost per page can also consider toner cartridges with high yield options. For imageCLASS LBP811Cx, its toner cartridge 076 can produce up to 15,000 pages4 for monochrome printing and up to 14,000 pages4 for colour printing. As for imageCLASS LBP468x, its toner cartridge 077 can print up to 15,000 pages5.

1 First print out time is measured based on internal test procedure and may vary. When the printer is in the ready state, this is the time from receiving the print instruction from the controller to printing one sheet and finishing paper ejection.
2 Print speed is measured based on internal testing using A4/LTR size paper printed with 100% print ratio to original on one-sided paper. Internal testing involved continuously printing the same one page of content on plain paper. Print speed may vary depending on paper type, paper size or paper feeding direction.
