Canon Expands imageFORCE Line-up, Empowering Enterprises and SMEs to 'Make Business Move'
New C3100 and 4100 series models integrating AI-assisted maintenance and comprehensive device and network security into imageFORCE line-up

SINGAPORE, 10 June 2026 — Canon today announced the completion of its imageFORCE line-up with the launch of four new multifunction device (MFD) series1. Designed to address the evolving needs of the modern workplace, the new imageFORCE C3100, C3026, 4100 and 4000 series completes Canon's business imaging line-up. This expansion brings fully unified, enterprise-grade functionalities—previously exclusive to higher-end imageFORCE models—to the high-volume low-and-mid range segment. In doing so, Canon underscores its commitment to deliver scalable, intelligent imaging solutions that meet the operational demands of both large organisations and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

The expanded imageFORCE line-up, built around key pillars of Security, Reliability, Sustainability and Connectivity, is engineered to make business move in an increasingly fast-paced economy. With these pillars, the latest models introduce smarter, more connected capabilities that help organisations stay resilient amid rising workplace demands. By integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI)-assisted technologies and robust protection2 that safeguards devices and network environments seamlessly, the new series addresses the growing challenges of security and operational demands in the modern business environment—a priority that is more urgent than ever given that 90% of organisations in Asia-Pacific3 experienced a cybersecurity breach over the past year.

"The completion of the imageFORCE line-up allows us to provide a versatile and future-ready infrastructure that adapts to the evolving workplace," said Shinsuke Fukui, Senior Director, Regional Business Imaging Solutions, Canon Singapore. "With the new C3100 and 4100 series, Canon will be able to cater to businesses with diverse operational scales through a unified, high-performance standard. By bridging the gap between high-end enterprise demands and the everyday needs of SMEs, we help to Make Business Move by ensuring smooth operations for companies."

The imageFORCE series continues to be powered by Canon's innovative D² Exposure Technology, which enables businesses to produce professional quality output. Through Canon's cloud workflow solutions, the new imageFORCE models enable secure print, scan and document access across leading cloud platforms, supporting hybrid work environments. Other key features built to support Security, Reliability, Sustainability and Connectivity of the new imageFORCE models include:

  • Comprehensive security protection: The new imageFORCE models counter modern cybersecurity threats by delivering advanced protection across both the network and device layers. This infrastructure is anchored by a Dual Network feature that allows users with varying authorisation levels to securely share a single device across separate networks. This is further bolstered by Trellix whitelisting and FIPS 140-3 compliant encryption to safeguard sensitive data.
  • AI-assisted smart maintenance: Leveraging Canon's Smart eServices, the imageFORCE devices utilise Internet of Things (IoT) and AI technologies to analyse real-time usage, pinpoint potential issues at the component level and alert technicians before parts reach their end-of-life. Through continuous 24/7 remote monitoring, the system enhances operational reliability by enabling more precise service scheduling and minimising downtime, so businesses maintain productivity and efficiency.
  • Eco-friendly build and operations: The new imageFORCE models are made of up to 30% recycled plastics4 and utilise low-melting-point toners that reduce energy consumption during warmup and standby. The commitment to sustainability is a hallmark of Canon's broader A3 portfolio, with several models5 recently recognised under the 2026-2028 Most Energy Efficient Toner-Based A3 Brand Award6.
  • Seamless workflow connectivity: With the Smart Driver and Quick Editor applications7, complex printing jobs are transformed into intuitive, error-free experiences. These applications act as a value-added layer that allows users to merge multiple file formats, visualise final outputs in real-time, and configure advanced layout and finishing settings directly at the print stage.

The launch of the new imageFORCE series also builds upon Canon's heritage of excellence in the MFD space. Canon was recently recognised by Keypoint Intelligence with the BLI 2026 A3 Line of the Year Award for the 13th year in a row, an accolade that honours the outstanding overall performance and consistent ease-of-use found across Canon's broad A3 portfolio.
