The imageFORMULA R40II is designed for a seamless user experience. Users can easily install the software by following a guided video, which also introduces the scanner’s key features during setup. The scanner features intuitive physical buttons designed for easy operation, while error notifications are clearly displayed via icons on the control panel (monochrome LCD).
Improved Image Processing: Colour Enhancement
The scanner now features an advanced colour enhancement function that makes pale or faint text easier to read, ensuring documents marked with multiple colours are scanned clearly without needing to adjust settings for each page. This function maintains text visibility on multi-coloured documents, eliminates the need to change colour settings for every scan, and processes data efficiently while keeping the same scanning speed as colour mode.
