SINGAPORE, 4 February 2025 — Canon today announced the launch of the new imagePROGRAF PRO-310 A3+ Professional Photo Printer, designed for photography enthusiasts and graphic artists who appreciate exceptional photo quality and durability. Equipped with the new 10-colour LUCIA PRO II1 pigment ink, the imagePROGRAF PRO-310 delivers outstanding photographic image quality with vibrant colours, deep blacks, and exceptional gloss uniformity. Its advanced ink formulation also significantly enhances lightfastness and scratch resistance, creating high-quality printed creations that can be displayed for many years.
Enhanced Light and Scratch Resistance
The LUCIA PRO II pigment ink offers excellent light and scratch resistance, allowing prints to last for up to 200 years2, retaining their colour integrity and textures long after printing. Delicate prints on glossy and lustre surfaces can also be managed easily during the post-printing processes like framing, packaging, transportation, and display.
Elevated Print Quality
For glossy or semi-glossy paper, the Chroma Optimizer ink ensures gloss uniformity under different viewing angles and lighting. It also enhances the depth and clarity of darker areas to reproduce subtle details. For fine art paper, the matte black ink enriches the black tones and improves contrast, resulting in vibrant and expressive prints.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
The imagePROGRAF PRO-310 adopts eco-conscious packaging by replacing polystyrene foam with recyclable cardboard and pulp moulds, reducing plastic usage to minimise environmental impact.
